Ocarina of Time / Master Quest Randomizer with Everything Shuffled

Allsanities includes the following: Keysanity - shuffles keys into the world Shopsanity - shops will sell 4 random items on the left side Scrubsanity - deku scrubs will sell random items Songsanity - songs can be found in item spots instead of normal spots Tokensanity - every golden skulltula/token is shuffled as well, the big one. In addition, the Ocarina, Weird Egg, and Gerudo Card are shuffled into the mix as well. For the first time I also shuffled in a random number of Master Quest dungeons to add surprise. Dunno what version they are until I walk in. I'm VERY inexperienced with Master Quest and think most of them are rather silly, so this has some pseudo-blind playthrough elements to it as well, for better or worse.
