Manifestation is Self-Care

What if manifestation isn’t another task on your to-do list? What if it’s actually a form of self-care? We often think of self-care as skincare, bubble baths, or candles—and those things absolutely count. But I think manifestation belongs in that conversation too. If you’re intentionally taking time to meditate, visualize your goals, practice affirmations, and reconnect with the future you’re working toward, you’re investing in yourself.
