Welcome to this week's session(s) kayaking at Lee Valley White Water Centre paddling the Legacy run. It was a good paddle this week, I even rolled it for the 3rd time ever on the Legacy run and only my 2nd attempt at one this year, chuffed to say the least. I also managed some boofs and a few skips, surfing wasn't too bad either.
