A few months ago we posted a sleep video of a really soft spoken healer, Dr Manon, performing an unintentional ASMR medical exam using the technique known as Bowen Therapy. The feedback on that video was that her whisper quiet voice was too low and that some of the other clips were not as relaxing as it could have been. If you ask us, this footage was hands down one of the best medical exam ASMR videos we’ve encountered so far so we knew we have to make a re-edit! Apart from Dr. Manon’s calming, soft-spoken voice, the Bowen Technique is used to treat a variety of ailments and depending on underlying conditions, it may be performed as an alternative treatment.
