Homemade plum brandy and cork brandy, from plums and corks from our own garden. I prefer to get a strong brandy around 60 degrees that I use in combinations with cherries, blueberries, apricots, figs, fruits in general. Thus brandy reaches somewhere between 35-45 degrees depending on the degree of fruit absorption. Cherry, fig, cranberry, apricot, are a multitude of fruit combinations with homemade brandy.
