The Last Functional Stampmill | Kentucky Mine & Museum

I take you along on a guided tour of the last functional stampmill in California, possibly the world. We get a glimpse into a replica miners cabin, a look at the portal to the mine. A descent down the 72 steps of the stampmill, that is still functional today. All driven by a single Pelton wheel. We even go through the museum which holds the many layers that built Sierra City.
