The 2011 Rapid Fire Pistol Grand Prix held in Munich was the test field for the newly developed Rapid Fire Pistol competition format. Quicker then before, with a "hit or miss" scoring system, the new final round was developed in favor of TV audience, and will be adopted at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Radoslaw PODGORSKI won the test match, beating Spain's Santiago Montis and Germany's Marco Spangenberg
