Ingredients • 2 medium boiled potatoes (cubed) • 1½ cups fresh curd (whisked) • 1–2 green chilies (finely sliced lengthwise) • 1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped) • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder • ¼ tsp red chili powder • Salt to taste • A pinch of black pepper (optional) • ½ tsp chaat masala (optional) Method 1. Whisk the curd until smooth and creamy. 2. Add salt, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, black pepper, and chaat masala. Mix well. 3. Add the boiled potato cubes. 4. Mix in the sliced green chilies and chopped coriander leaves. 5. Stir gently and serve immediately, or chill for 10–15 minutes if preferred. Tips • Use thick, fresh curd for the best creamy texture. • Garnish with a pinch of roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander leaves, and a few lengthwise-cut green chilies. • Serve with paratha, pulao, biryani, or any Indian meal.
