Headline Season - 96-97 Buffalo Sabres Highlight Film
"Headline Season", a highlight film of the Buffalo Sabres' 1996-97 Northeastern Division Championship season. It was the Sabres' first season in (then) Marine Midland Arena, and culminated in Derek Plante's Game 7 overtime goal to defeat the Ottawa Senators in round 1 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs; Hart, Vezina, and Pearson Trophies for Dominik Hasek, The Selke Trophy for Michael Peca, and the Jack Adams Award for Ted Nolan. Film is hosted by Rick Jeanneret.
