this large, 4500 square-foot home was custom built in 1985 for the cost of just under $800,000. It has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a large kitchen and family rooms, and one of the coolest, retro staircases i have ever seen! This is a great example of mid 1980s wealth. It is a great example of the modern architecture of the time period. The architecture inside this home reminded me of the apartment belonging to Patrick Bateman in the movie American psycho, hence, the title of the video. these are some of my favourite type of homes to explore. these original, untouched gems from the 1980s. unfortunately, it is most likely this house will be lost to demolition, and replaced with a new mansion as it sits in a prestigious neighbourhood surrounded by other new mansions.
