Ratchet: Gladiator Review | Ratchet: Deadlocked Review [ S6 Ep.5 ] In this in-depth review of Ratchet: Gladiator, I take a closer look at one of the most unusual entries in the series and find out how well it still holds up today. After the original trilogy, this was a game that pushed Ratchet & Clank in a much more combat focused direction, which made it feel very different right away. That could have gone horribly wrong, but thankfully, blowing everything up turns out to be a pretty solid foundation. In the video, I go over what makes Ratchet: Gladiator stand out, from its heavier focus on arena combat to its darker tone, co op mode, and all the things that give it such a different identity within the franchise.
