Located near Railay Beach, Ao Nang is known as the best place to stay in Krabi because of its easy access to some of Thailand's most beautiful islands and beaches, including Phi Phi Islands, Maya Bay, Hong Island, Bambo and Poda Island. We spent a week exploring to find out if Ao Nang truly is the best area to stay, ranking it based on location (access to must-do activities), cost (of living) and social scene.
