RECIPE 1. Forage for wild garlic and nettles. Use gardening gloves to keep from getting stung, and a good guidebook to keep from getting poisoned. 2. Using gloves, wash the nettles under boiling water, and run more hot water over them for good measure. 3. Roughly chop nettles and slice tofu, add them along with garlic, 3 teaspoons of miso paste, a veg stock cube, and optional dried wakame seaweed, to a pot of water. 4.
