How to Rebuild an Electric Golf Cart Motor

I recently picked up a junk golf cart and starting restoring and rebuilding it. As part of the process, I discovered that the motor was bad - as was every other electrical component. Rather than spending several hundred on a new motor, I decided to open this one up to see what was happening inside. This video shows what I found from years of use and neglect and how I fixed it. Hopefully this will help others that have a golf cart motor that is not working. Check out the full Golf Cart series here:    • Golf Cart Restoration   Please like and subscribe. I have a full series coming on the complete restoration process coming very soon.
