Wanted: Vincent Steele - Dangerous Fugitive on the Run Vincent Steele is currently wanted out of the City of Atlanta for m*rder. Late last night, Georgia State Patrol attempted a traffic stop on Steele, but he fled the scene, trying to hide in Clayton County. SHERIFF LEVON ALLEN, along with his Black Hawk and Cobra units, spotted Steele on Tara Boulevard and initiated a traffic stop on Highway 54, directly in front of Mundy's Mill High School. Steele again sped away, reaching speeds over 100 mph as he fled Clayton County and entered Fayette County.
