How to make an injector pipe for an automatic cigarette cartridge filling machine. There are many problems with electric filter cartridge filling machines with threaded or spiral models, guys... one of them is because the cigarette sticks to our handmade tools. One possible reason is that the inside of our stainless steel pipe isn't smooth or shiny enough, making the cigarette stick easily. The pipe I used was 0D 8mm with an ID of 6mm, so it was 1mm thick. The regular filter cartridge was 7.70mm, so the outer diameter needed to be reduced so that the regular standard cartridge could fit freely. By sanding it with a drill, I not only smoothed it but also enlarged the inner diameter of the pipe (making it larger). The smoother and larger inside of the pipe makes it much thinner and more stable for the spiral and dynamo to push the cigarette (smoother and smoother). Also, it's possible that the quality of the pipe I purchased wasn't good enough, and wasn't clean and even, so it requires special handling like this. Over time, this cigarette injector has become nearly perfect, right? From the selection of the spiral/threaded dynamo and the casing, although there are still many improvements that need to be made.
