In the final episode of the seventh season of Bar-Talk, everything is turned upside down! 🙃 Because now, long-time host Markus Kavka himself is being interviewed – by director and Kopfsalat host Sven Haeusler. The music journalist talks about his youth in a small Bavarian village, the prevailing lack of understanding of the gothic scene at the time, and his early interest in music. Bar Talk is frnd.tv's most successful and elaborate video format, in which host Markus Kavka invites prominent guests to the bar of a Berlin bar. "Talk – because talking about mental illness is the first step in preventing suicide," Kavka explains the title. His guests tackle the difficult topic and openly share their own experiences with crises and coping strategies. For example, comedian Felix Lobrecht talks about his hospital stay, and model Stefanie Giesinger shares insights into her experiences with depression. Other guests included human rights activist Düzen Tekkal, rapper Megaloh, DJ Oliver Koletzki, and actress Nora Tschirner.
