Santiago, Chile, April 29 (EFE) – Fedor Konyukhov, a 67-year-old Russian citizen, arrived in Chilean waters from New Zealand this weekend after a 141-day voyage across the Pacific Ocean aboard his kayak, the Chilean Navy reported today.
