Himi: Where Japan's Sushi is Fished

Today Tatsui and I are heading towards Himi. It is a small fishing town within Toyama prefecture, not all too far from Toyama City itself. This place is locally quite famous, as it is one of the places where the Sushi that feeds Japan is fished. Therefore, we decided to check out the fishing industry of this place as well as eat the delicious Sushi available right from the source.
