Alwar, a heritage city of Rajasthan and best known for its culture, landscapes, water bodies, bird Sanctury and milk cake. After exploring the City to the core, we were on hunt for best restaurant and from my previous experience and on reference of locals, we visited "PREM PAVITRA BHOJANALAYA". This is a legendary restaurant in Alwar and it has vibes of its own. The food is absolutely divine and very simple & homely in taste. They don't use onion and garlic and everything is made in desi ghee. The menu is very simple nd precise. The best part is chapati which are made on woodfire on Mitti ka Choolah. Interiors are kept very simple with lines from religious books, painting of Gods and a small temple inside. The ambiance and aura of the restaurant is divine and so is the food. PREM PAVITRA BHOJANALAY established in 1958 opens its gates at 10:30am and the business day ends at 9:45pm with a cleaning break from 3:45pm to 4:30pm. I am only recommending one restaurant in Alwar for great and divine food and that's PREM PAVITRA BHOJANALAYA. Must visit when you are Alwar the next time and feel the divine aura and experience great food.
