RED VELVET CAKE KUKUS TANPA MIXER // STEAMED RED VELVET CAKE

Hello, this time I'm making red velvet cake again. Because I have some leftover cream cheese and I'm craving red velvet too :D I've previously made a baked and butter-based version (   • RED VELVET CAKE YANG MOIST EMPUK DAN CREAM...  ). But this time I'm making one with oil (also to answer @nina nurfajriani's question), steamed (for @Squishy Shop Bogor), and without a mixer (requested by @cendoldawet) and also by @Aisya Yumandeka @ida ayu. *This recipe can also be baked (180°C for 25-30 minutes). If you want to make it like the previous cake, you can also multiply the recipe by 1 1/2, making it 3 eggs and bake it in two 20cm round pans (30-35 minutes at 180°C). *I only used a little cream cheese frosting for this (because I only had that much left :)), if you want a firmer and more flavorful cream cheese frosting, you can use the one in the previous video. Oh yeah, I also want to share about this cake without a mixer, based on the results of looking at recipes and articles. *Actually, all butter cake recipes or cakes in these American recipes can be made without a mixer because the cake's rising process depends on creaming (the process of creating an emulsion from butter and sugar, so that when mixed with the wet ingredients, the dough can remain stable. In addition, the air 'trapped' during creaming will help the cake rise when heated). The method is to mix the butter and sugar until it is quite soft and the color is slightly lighter, then add the eggs 1 at a time (don't mix them all at once, beat and make sure they are evenly mixed before adding the eggs. again. so that the emulsion that has formed from the butter and sugar previously is not damaged or separated) until the dough looks evenly mixed. Then finally add the dry ingredients alternately with the wet ingredients. *In addition, this cake also relies on raising agents (baking powder and baking soda) as raising agents, as long as they are in reasonable quantities (in US measurements, every 1 cup = 130g of flour is a maximum of 1 tsp of baking powder or 1/4 tsp of baking soda. Or if you look at the Koepoe2 packaging, for every 500g of dough, a maximum of 1 tsp of baking soda (4g) or 1/2 tsp of baking powder (2.5g), because if too much will also make the taste bitter). So, here are some butter cake videos I've made before: Vanilla Cake (   • VANILLA CAKE YANG MOIST DENGAN ISIAN SELAI...  ) Chocolate Cake (   • CAKE COKELAT YANG NYOKELAAT // CHOCOLATE CAKE  ) Red Velvet (   • RED VELVET CAKE YANG MOIST EMPUK DAN CREAM...  , This can also be made without a mixer. Actually, all cakes can be made, but cakes that rely on beaten eggs require super strength, but you can do it :D STEAMED RED VELVET CAKE RECIPE Makes: 1 cake measuring 24x12 cm (24x24cm pan) Ingredients: (*I also wrote the gram-cup conversion, but note: the spoons I use are measuring spoons.
