We interviewed Rocco, a dog and cat care home and hotel, one of the few homes for elderly dogs in Ishikawa Prefecture. Rocco is located in Uchinada Town, Ishikawa Prefecture. This area suffered severe damage from liquefaction in the Noto Peninsula earthquake of 2024.
