THE TOM'S THUMB TRAIL SCOTTSDALE ARIZONA

I'm officially going to say that this is my favorite hiking trail in the Phoenix metro area! It was just amazing the whole hike through! There are lots of great viewpoints, really cool rock formations, and pinnacles. The totally rocky landscape was just stunning! Just a phenomenal trail to hike! This hike is labeled at hard at 4.9- miles round-trip and 1374ft of elevation gain! This hike is located in the city of Scottsdale Arizona at the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. There are many different ways to get to Tom's Thumb but here is the particular route I did adding a little bit more walking to visit a place called The Lookout.
