Minimal cues yoga is best for intermediate to advanced yoga students who are familiar with pose names and alignment and do not need detailed instruction. This 45-minute vinyasa flow yoga class starts with the basics and introduces a few deeper poses and challenging transitions to help advance your practice. Yoga flow with minimal cues allows you to focus on your breath and your inner journey with each pose - this style of vinyasa yoga home practice is designed for experienced yogis.
