Join me for this dumbbell workout using push pull superset pairs to increase strength and develop lean muscle mass. This upper body workout can be done at home using just a pair of dumbbells (+ optional bench). This 30 minute workout includes dumbbell exercises to target the chest, shoulders and back muscles. Supersets are a great way to get through a high volume of sets in a workout, but still training each movement with a good amount of recovery time between exercises.
