I Built My Overland Rig's Entire Electrical System With a 3D Printer — QIDI Q2 Review

I picked up the QIDI Q2 enclosed 3D printer to solve a problem — I needed custom functional parts for my overland electrical system that simply didn't exist off the shelf. What started with a battery enclosure turned into a full suite of printed parts including a fused busbar cover, a custom roof wire passthrough with 6 dedicated glands, and enclosure covers with my logo baked right in using filament color swapping. In this video I cover the full unboxing, initial setup, first print (the Benchy of course), and a breakdown of every part I designed in Autodesk Fusion and printed in ASA for the rig.
