[OP16] OP09 Shanks vs. OP11 Monkey.D.Luffy | One Piece TCG Locals

Hey everyone! In this video I'm once again playing Red Shanks from OP09! This time my opponent is playing a very well-known and formidable deck: OP11's Blue/Purple Monkey.D.Luffy! Is the new Red-Haired Pirates support enough to help against the Straw Hats and their insane late-game tempo? Stay tuned and find out!
