Now that I'm used to modern Duel Masters, the ruling that "the deck is subject to card effects while you're viewing it" feels really strange. ----------------------------------------- This is a project series in which we inject one modern card into past environments to alter history. We'll be pitting a deck featuring one modern card from the card pool during the 2016 Revolution Final (RevF) (up until August 6, 2016) against a deck from the Duel Masters environment at the time. This time's guest is Perfect Petency "Decision of Mirage and Falsehood"!!!! *This strict time period is because I wanted to set the game in the "Revolution Final" environment, where Revolution Change dominated from the very beginning, while using Full Power Petency, which avoids cards inducted into the Hall of Fame on September 15, 2016. I'll be uploading history-altering videos every weekend, so please subscribe to my channel!!! ! ----------------------------------------- [Rules and Other Notes] I'm playing in accordance with the rulings at the time, which I've listed below. (My playing and rules may be a bit sloppy at times. Please forgive me...) ■ Decks are constructed in accordance with the Hall of Fame regulations that went into effect on February 28, 2016. ■ When breaking multiple shields, shield checks are performed for each card. [Example] If "The Clock, the Clock of Doomsday" is played as an "S-Trigger" during the first break of a triple break, the remainder of the turn is skipped, and the remaining two cards are not broken. (Revised March 25, 2017) ■ Card effects that are resolved at the "beginning of a turn" are applied before the untap phase. (Revised March 25, 2017) ◾️ When you look at (turn face up) your deck due to a card play or card usage effect, the cards you look at (turn face up) belong to your deck and are therefore affected by other effects. [Example] If you look at the top five cards of your deck and cast a spell using "Left Spirit Justice," the remaining four cards you look at are still considered to be in your deck, so when searching for a creature from your deck with "Dimension Gate," those four cards can also be targeted. (Revised November 2021) ◾️ If a creature with an ability that triggers "when another creature is destroyed" is destroyed simultaneously with other creatures by a total destruction effect, that ability can be triggered by referencing the number of creatures destroyed at the same time.
