This week is all about keeping things low-stress and simplifying my WFH routine! I recently made a huge change to my meal plan and started getting Clean Eatz meals. I chat a bit about why taking the mental load out of meal prep has been such a game-changer for staying on track with my goals without the extra stress. With the extra time I saved not cooking, I spent some cozy downtime showing you guys how I color my Hachette Heroes pages on my iPad, and got outside for a beautiful walk with Asher. 🐾 We wrap up the week with a satisfying Friday desk clean-out so I can start next week with a completely fresh, organized space.
