Crewed Mission to Neptune | Kerbal Space Program Sol/RO

In this Kerbal Space Program cinematic video in Real Solar System/Sol, an interplanetary ship is built in low Earth orbit over six launches. A crew of ten will board the ship and take it all the way to Neptune’s largest moon, Triton. The ship has cargo space and brings base modules and life support to set up on Triton’s surface where the crew will stay for several months. There is also a rover which two crew will take to explore a crater. They also set up a science lab and several different surface experiments which they study over the time staying on Triton. Some of the crew will also take a nuclear tug and a tiny lander to two of Neptune’s very small moons Neirid and Proteus. After staying for almost a year, the crew on Triton will take the lander back up to the ship and prepare for departure. They will enter a low Neptune orbit in order to rendezvous with the crew on the nuclear tug. The trip back to Earth takes around 200 days.
