Southend beach closed after being flooded with raw sewage
There were concerns last weekends Halloween festival along the sea front may not go ahead after a flood involving raw sewage a week earlier. BBC reporter Thomas Magill was given access to the sewage treatment plant to see how the cleanup is going.
