Виетнам Епизод 01 | Първа Разходка в Ханой | Vietnam | Hanoi 01

After nearly 20 hours of travelling I finally arrived in Vietnam! 🙂 In this video I’ll share my first impressions of the country and the capital Hanoi. As I was tired after the two flights, I first took a nap and only then did I start walking around the streets of Hanoi. After the nap I naturally wanted to have some coffee. Fortunately, everyone here loves coffee and they sell it on every corner. I’m extremely delighted with the taste of coffee with whipped yolk. You can drink it all over Vietnam but if you come to Hanoi, you must drop in “Giang” café to try the authentic one. It’s here that it was offered for the first time in the middle of the 20th century. The recipe is a secret, of course, some say that the yolks are whipped with sugar only, others say that they’re mixed with sweetened condensed milk. I’m going to prepare it at home and if it ends up being good, I’ll share the recipe with you. Usually, coffee in Vietnam is served sweetened with condensed milk. If you don’t like it that way, always say that when you order it. 🙂 Besides coffee, food is also cherished here. I left Bulgaria with a long list of dishes that I would like to try but whether I’ll succeed in this or not, you’ll find out if you watch the next videos. Otherwise, the traffic and the sea of scooters on the streets of Hanoi leave the strongest impression of the city but after all these are only a few hours through its streets. In the coming days I’ll have the opportunity to travel from the north to the south and to get to know Vietnam better. Do join me for this adventure and stay tuned for the next episodes.
