DeadlyScience | Robinson River Bush Soaps

Created in partnership with the Robinson River Community on Garawa Country in the Northern Territory, the Deadly Labs Bush Soap Project brings together First Nations knowledge and hands-on science learning. Through the project, learners explore the importance of hygiene, learn about the chemistry of soapmaking, and discover how natural ingredients and cultural knowledge have been used for generations to support health and wellbeing. The Bush Soap Guide and Kit combines community-led science, cultural knowledge and curriculum-aligned learning to inspire the next generation of scientists.
