The F82 M4 is the first generation of the BMW M3 to be turbocharged from the factory, with that comes a few things you should learn about the platform before buying, especially if you are looking into modifying or tuning the car. Thhe F80 / F82 BMW M3 / M4 comes with a 3.0L inline 6-cylinder twin turbocharged engine that produces anywhere from 425HP for the base model and 500HP for the M4 GTS. Since I have owned this car for nearly 2 years, I take today as an opportunity to share the things I have learned about the F8X platform.
