1968 Lambretta Lui Project - PART 1: Will it Run

I Purchased this Italian Innocenti Lambretta Lui 50 CL from its original owner. He brought new and used it until he could afford a car, then the scooter was left cover in a garage until I became the new owner. Now I was told it last ran 10 years ago. Everything is seized and as I find it is in dangerous condition so it hasn't been on the road for decades. I going to get this rare little machine back working as it should whilst retaining as much of the factory paint and parts.
