Skyah Summer Slam Tournament Round 1 - Group H (Boolerex PoV)

More City trial tournament replay for the peeps that would be interested by it, with the Skyah Summer Slam tournament! The ruleset simple: it basically a 8 player FFA match with stadium vote off and Kirby Melee, Skydive and Vs Gigantes removed, top 4 advance while the rest get disqualified from the tourney, so what you mostly need is consistency to get a high enough ranking to get as far as possible. I played cappy for the vast majority of the tournament, I wanted to play a flyer as a anti-meta pick attempt, many people play heavyweight/middle weight in top level and playing a flyer in those lobby pretty much give you first dib of patch from sky ring, sky garden and the sky island if they spawn, and between mushroom and scarfy, I had more result with cappy from my practice game, while battle are managable as cappy, race were kind of a problem during blind stadium but I believed I could make do with it either way. As for R1 proper, honestly it felt like I had the easiest group out of all of them, only psyche was a threat in this lobby with the rest of the player being more or less pushover, so I was mostly aiming for first place and outright focusing at beating psyche, it this most apparent in button rush 2 where I priorized stealing psyche button over everyone else, which earned my a first place despite a late death. Game 3 had a disconnect at the very start but also had a stadium announcement right at the start, so we redid the lobby with only button rush 2 available.
