The Alaskan Smokehouse - Smoking Fish for Beginners
The Alaskan Smokehouse, or at least our beginner attempt at it. So much Salmon and wild game in Alaska we need to start thinking about preserving our harvests! Throughout the building the last few months we have been investing some of our Sundays into our Alaska smoker. The Woodmizer LT-40 sawmill has been adding to our wood scrap pile and we have everything we need to build a rustic solution.
