Akai Force - Note Latch and Phasing Loops

First, a quick tip for the Akai Force - how to set up a note latch button that lets you sustain notes indefinitely without holding them down. Then we get into a technique popularized by Steve Reich back in the '60s with phasing tape loops. This creates a really interesting effect. I have just started playing with this technique. I love trying out new ideas and seeing where they lead me. The phasing loops should work fine on MPC as well. I'm not sure about the note latch trick though. TubeDigga did a video about how to do this on the MPC, and it's quite a bit different, so maybe check out his video if you need to know how to do this on MPC.
