Championship Reign Review #55 - Randy Orton's 1st WWE Intercontinental Championship Reign

A pretty darn great reign by the young Legend Killer who no only elevated the title but also his status as a potential main event player, mainly due to how great most of his matches were during this reign. While he did have a bit to go to fully become the main event player we all know him for, this IC title reign proved that he can hang with the best the Raw roster had to offer, whether they be mid-carders or former world champions (Like Jericho, Booker T, and especially Mick Foley). There are a lot of gems to look for in this reign alone, but regardless, it showcased exactly how a mid-card champion can get transitioned to the world title scene to (eventual) great effect.
