INGREDIENTS: 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 1 can of milk (use the condensed milk can as a measurement) 3 egg yolks 1 can of heavy cream (without the whipped cream) 3 egg whites 4 tablespoons of sugar (for the whipped egg whites) 1/2 cup of sugar (for the caramel sauce) 8 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder (for the chocolate sauce) 200 ml of water (for the chocolate sauce) PREPARATION: Place 1/2 cup of sugar in a pudding mold with a hole in the middle and heat until caramelized. In a saucepan, combine the cocoa powder and water and stir for 5 minutes over medium-high heat, until slightly thickened. Turn off the heat and pour this syrup over the caramel in the pan. Place the pan in the freezer to chill. Combine the condensed milk, milk, and egg yolks in a saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. When it thickens slightly and begins to boil, remove from the heat and let cool. Once cool, add 1 can of heavy cream without whey. Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding 4 tablespoons of sugar. Gently fold them into the egg yolk mixture using a whisk. The result will be a well-ventilated mixture. Pour into the pan and freeze for 4 hours. To help unmold, run a knife around the sides and leave the pan over the stovetop for a few moments. Original content from 2018.
