A few (un)interesting cases on the dyno today! 😅 In this episode, we test and tune: ✅ BMW X3 M57N 204HP ✅ Audi A4 2.0 TDI ✅ Volvo XC60 2.4D D5 ✅ BMW M4 F82 Competition ✅ BMW M240i B58 F22 Stage 2 Not every car arrived completely healthy… 👀 The BMW X3 M57N was struggling with a leaking intercooler and a leak in the intake system, which significantly affected performance. Unfortunately, the Volvo didn't want to show its full potential – the diagnosis indicated worn injectors that needed replacing. 🔥 The remaining cars responded very well to the modifications and achieved satisfactory results on the dyno. ⚠️ An additional problem arose in the BMW M240i F22 (B58). Despite only 70,000 km on the clock, the high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) was unable to maintain the required pressure under higher loads.
