Coastal Luxury in Surfers Paradise: JW Marriott, Pool Days & Shopping #slowliving #cozy #lifestyle

Welcome to Part 2 of our girls’ birthday holiday! After leaving beautiful Port Stephens, Mum and I drive to Surfers Paradise for a luxurious stay at the JW Marriott, and it is everything we hoped for and more 🌴✨ The hotel is stunning: ocean view rooms, exceptional service, the most beautiful pool areas, and truly the best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had. When we arrive, I take you on a room tour before we settle in and order room service for dinner. The next morning dawns with gorgeous blue skies, and I’m so excited for breakfast, the gluten free options are incredible, and the service is always top tier. After eating my body weight in breakfast foods, we head down to the saltwater lagoon pool to relax in the sunshine. This pool has live fish and you can snorkel with them — it’s magical. After a few hours by the pool, we head to the outlet shopping centre to hunt for bargains. Back at the hotel, I take you through the gym for a little workout tour. The following day, after another amazing breakfast (they even make me my own gluten free pancakes!), we enjoy more sunshine by the pool before heading to Pacific Fair for a wander. I pick up a comfy navy track pant set from Country Road, and we have dinner at the centre before returning to the hotel for dessert and a relaxing bubble bath. The next morning is another beautiful day. I check out how the hotel grows their microgreens, so inspiring for when I’m back at the cottage, and then take you on a full tour of the pool area, waterfalls and all. In the afternoon, I give myself a manicure and hit the gym again before we pack up for home. A gorgeous, sunshine filled, luxurious end to our birthday holiday.
