Meditation and Mindfulness These practices allow you to observe thoughts without identifying with them. They help reduce mental noise, making it easier for new ideas to take root in a less reactive mind. 6. Hypnosis and Self-Hypnosis This is a powerful professional tool for directly accessing the subconscious mind and planting new suggestions for behavior or perception, bypassing the critical barrier of the conscious mind.
