We're starting the first piece of furniture for the van! It's no small feat; you have to think of everything before assembling the boards. Where will the vents be located, the future USB/cigarette lighter sockets, the ball-bearing drawer slides, the electrical wiring, etc.? After drawing up paper plans (I didn't have the skills to make 3D plans), I started cutting everything out of birch plywood panels. I chose to make a piece of furniture without battens! The boards will be held together with pocket screws and wood glue.
