It's been about three months since I took delivery of my YZF-R1, and I was actually planning to buy a different bike. I was a bit hesitant at first, but once I got on, I discovered a lot of interesting aspects of it. I'll start by talking about my muffler issues, so if you don't need that, skip to about 1:40. You really never know until you ride it, and once you do, you discover all sorts of interesting things.
