In the third and final part of our discussion on text types, Dr. Peter Gurry, Dr Maurice Robinson and I discuss a textual variant in Mark 11:26 which is often preferred to go with the shorter reading. Now that text types are no longer considered valuable by modern eclectics, I asked Dr. Gurry if it changes how we few Mark 11:26 as compared with Metzger's commentary.
