Flixtrain has ordered 65 trains from the Spanish manufacturer Talgo for €2.4 billion. However, it's important to note that only 30 of the 65 trains are firm orders. The remaining 35 are options. The Flixtrain Talgo trains are low-floor high-speed trains, identical in design to Deutsche Bahn's ICE-L, and capable of speeds up to 230 km/h.
