Annual full-day discussion on the human rights of women Panel 2: Commemoration of the International Day of Women in Diplomacy, focusing on women’s right to work and representation in decision-making The objective of the discussion was to commemorate the International Day of Women in Diplomacy in 2026 and provide a platform to examine how women’s right to work and conditions in the world of work shape women’s participation, leadership and influence in decision-making in public administration, diplomacy and multilateral contexts. #HRC62
