Hoist rescue training, Rescue-9, with new paramedic to the unit

Here is one of the training scenarios with a new member to the unit. Here he is trained up as a rescue specialist to ride the hoist down to the victim, assess, and make the victim ready to be hoisted up into the helicopter.
