It's important for us to constantly refine our skills, especially when it comes to creating the perfect powdered brows for our clients. Perfecting Your Technique In the video, I begin by answering questions about how to ensure both eyebrows look even. It's not always about counting the number of times you go over an area, but more about how the brows heal and what the client is looking for — a natural look or something more dramatic. I share insights on how I judge this based on the client's preferences. Color Choices Made Clear Choosing the right pigment is also something many of you have asked about. I talk about a simple approach to match the color with the client's hair. I even share a tip on how to adjust the pigment based on the client’s skin tone to make sure the brows look natural and consistent. Deep Dive into Depth and Technique A particularly tricky part is knowing how deep to go with the needle, especially since everyone’s skin is different. I’ve got a tip for that too, which involves the angle you hold your machine. I also touch on how to interpret the feedback your machine gives you, like the sound it makes as you work. All About Needles and Speed I know there can be some confusion about needles and the speed of your hand movements, and that's perfectly normal. That's why I share some of my own practices on how to approach these aspects, and I introduce the idea of using a metronome to help find a rhythm that works for you. Resources Just for You For those who want to dive deeper, I’ve got some free tutorials ready for download right below the video. They're full of detailed, step-by-step instructions on various powdered brow techniques. Connect with Me And if you have any questions, or you want to show me your work, feel free to tag me on Instagram at @beautyslash. I’m always there to help you out or give feedback. Your Practice Matters In conclusion, remember that progress in permanent makeup is all about practice. Each step you take is a step towards becoming better at your craft. So keep at it and resist the temptation to compare your journey with someone else's. I look forward to bringing you more tips and techniques next week on the Beauty Slash channel. Together, I’m confident we can all become better artists for our clients.
